This is an ocean ball I bought in Hyannis. It is a hand blown glass ball which has a rubber stopper on the bottom through which some sand, small shells, and small stones were placed. The stopper also allows me to open it up and insert my own treasures. I did add two of the tiny birds found inside a sand dollar which my grand daughter had.
